Synopsis

We often turn to our phones and screens in our small pockets of free time. With every scroll, swipe, or click, we think we’re giving ourselves a break away from our busy lives. What happens when we find ourselves trapped instead?

The short film follows a young woman who spends her spare moments in the comforts of her screens. One evening, she finds herself unable to leave.

In exploring how digital distractions turn into digital obsessions, the film asks: When we are not careful with our digital habits, do we consume online media, or does it consume us?
